Calendar+Art
It’s about time for a journal prompt again, don’t you think? Let’s get busy in our art journals and merge the worlds of calendars and art. Either calendar-ize your art journal — or — art up your calendar. You can choose to do this for a week, a month, even a year if you’re really motivated.
1. daily journaling in one square inch, 2. weekly moleskine calendar 5, 3. Calendar Girls 7, 4. december calender, 5. fatbook11.jpg, 6. Altered Calendar - Green
P.S. Check out the links above, as well as The Calendar as Art group on Flickr for tons more inspiration. We’ll have a show and tell next week/next month.

Thank you so much for sharing! This is very inspiring since I also keep my daily Moleskine calender as an art journal.

Hi Melanie…and everyone!
Thank you for the delicious prompt! As synchronicity would have it, I just made a SoulCollage card this week for my “inner-journaler”. She’s my inner-companion…the angel on my shoulder to journaling.

Love this prompt. Every year I make calendars as gifts for my family. They are usually pretty scrap-bookish. This year my goal is to make them more artistic. And since I’m trying to get started on them now, this is very timely.
