Somehow divide up a journal page into seven sections. Then for the next seven days, document what exactly you were doing at 7:11 each day (morning or evening is up to you, but keep it consistent throughout the week) — write, doodle, take a photo, whatever. –OR– Choose your own theme to fill in the seven sections — seven of your favorite colors, quotes, movies or recipes.
