Circles

This week let’s be inspired by circles. A round canvas… circular elements… round tools? Challenge yourself to put your own unique spin on this week’s topic.

Melanie,
I really like the “reflect” quote. Here’s some circles for this week. Any suggestions on what words to add to this piece would be great. :)

Melanie,
I have been meaning to tell you how much I love this site…especially all the updates and the new ways you have laid all the information out. Just wonderful! I check in here every week and I am always inspired. I finally posted somethings with a direct link back here.
Thanks for putting this together; I know it is alot of effort to maintain a community blog. It is worth it though and you are appreciated!

Hello Melanie and creative souls,
May 22nd, 2007 at 12:20 pmI am just giddy with excitement that I came across this blog, and this week’s “Inspiration” is incredibly synchronistic for me! I’ve been intuitively creating lots of mandalas (spontaneous art inside of a circle). I’ve made 32 since May 4! Something larger than me is at work here :) And then to come across this site with the focus on “Circles” this week…well it was meant to be. I hope you enjoy them as much as I’ve enjoyed seeing all of yours.

Cheryl of the ‘32 mandalas’ forwarded this inspiring site to me today. What an incredible CIRCLE of talent! I am a writer, who dabbles in art but felt welcome to join in. Thank you.

Cheryl let me in on this site, too. :)

I have some better looking ones in my shop, but here are the ones on the blog.

I did this one awhile back…it’s a painting but I think it needs some mixed media to jazz it up a bit, especially around the edges of the circles. If I get a chance to do that, I will repost it.

Well, I know I’m a day late, but this is my first post at Inspire Me Thursday. Thanks for the inspiration! The circle prompt helped me get out of my art journaling slump.
